Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 states plus Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the order date.

Shipping cost

All orders ship free of charge. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Carriers

We use multiple carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional couriers). The carrier for your order is selected automatically. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking link. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@theordinary.sbs.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost or has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
